When will my product ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the Chino/Chino Hills, CA area. Choose this option at checkout if you’re nearby.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to pack everything with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right and prevent future issues.
How do I access my online programs?

Can I take these herbs if I’m pregnant or nursing?
It depends on the herb and your health history. Always consult with your healthcare provider, OB-GYN, or midwife before using herbal products while pregnant or nursing.

How long are your treatments?
Treatments range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the service. You’ll see session lengths when booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel? Just give us at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee to respect everyone’s time.
Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?
We accept HSA, FSA, and American Specialty Health for eligible services.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?
