Most orders ship within 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way!

  • Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in the Chino/Chino Hills, CA area. Choose this option at checkout if you’re nearby.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    We do our best to pack everything with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right and prevent future issues.

  • How do I access my online programs?

  • Are your digital products refundable?

    Most digital purchases have a 3-day refund window, unless otherwise noted.

  • Can I take these herbs if I’m pregnant or nursing?

    It depends on the herb and your health history. Always consult with your healthcare provider, OB-GYN, or midwife before using herbal products while pregnant or nursing.

  • Do you offer custom herbal formulas?

    Yes, absolutely! Angela can create a custom tea blend, tincture, salve, or oil to match your specific needs.

💆 Appointments & Treatments

  • How long are your treatments?

    Treatments range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the service. You’ll see session lengths when booking.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Need to cancel? Just give us at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee to respect everyone’s time.

  • Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?

    We accept HSA, FSA, and American Specialty Health for eligible services.
